Renovation of a municipal facility in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
County of Marquette will accept bids from qualified contractors for construction of: Courthouse Dual Points of Entry, Including, but not limited to: Selective demolition, new wall and door installation, finishes and related electrical work at west entrance and provision of glass partition wall and ballistic screen at south entrance. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the bid form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% surety bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Contractors are requested to notify the architect of their interest in the project, so they can be placed on the plan holders list. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the owner
