This call for tenders is part of the "project to optimize the registry and the BRIA of the St-Jérôme courthouse in order to conclude a contract with the supplier who submitted the lowest compliant bid for the acquisition integrated furniture including delivery and installation. The project includes the acquisition of workstations in an open area, workstations for closed offices, tables for meeting rooms as well as whiteboards on wheels. This project will make it possible in particular to maximize workspaces and counter the obsolescence of existing furniture. The scope of the tender is as follows: The acquisition of approximately 115 integrated furniture, including delivery and installation; An option to acquire additional goods (20%). The expected duration of the contract is two (2) years. The Department may also avail itself of an additional period of twelve (12) months. The supplier whose tender declared compliant presents the lowest price (the successful supplier) will be invited by the Departmental representative to a virtual meeting in preparation for a compliance test bench before the contract is awarded. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF COMPLAINTS February 10, 2023 is the deadline to file a complaint. SUPPLIER ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A TENDER Only suppliers with the required qualifications, having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and having obtained the tender documents distributed by the electronic tendering system are eligible to submit a tender offers. The contracts covered by this call for tenders are subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Agreement on World Trade Organization (AMP-WTO) public procurement contracts, the Intergovernmental Agreement on Public Procurement between the Government of Quebec and the Government of the State of New York (AQNY) and the Agreement on the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (ALEC). The Ministère de la Justice does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received, even the one offering the lowest adjusted price.
