Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 15 Day Standard The Improvements under this District Contract under FPID 445541-1-52-01 consist of milling & resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, sidewalk construction, gravity wall construction, highway signing, guardrail construction, lighting installation, pedestrian signalization, ditch pavement construction, restriping Bridges Nos. 530184 and 530185, and other incidental construction on SR 10/SR 71 (US 90) from Chipola River Bridge to East of SR 71 South in Jackson County. The improvements under FPID 445541-1-52-02 consist of manhole and valve box adjustments within the Marianna City Limits on SR 10/SR 71 (US 90) from Chipola River Bridge to East of SR 71 South in Jackson County. The improvements for FPID 445541-1-52 -03 consist of a manhole and valve box adjustment within the limits of Jackson County on SR 10/SR 71 (US 90) from Chipola River Bridge to East of SR 71 South Prequalification is Required to Bid on This Project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
