The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the construction of new water mains and replacement water mains, fittings, valves, hydrants and all work as necessary for a complete and operational water main. In addition to these items of work there are other miscellaneous items of work necessary and as specified to make this project complete. All work must be completed within 400 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors or Sub-Contractors awarded work in excess of $300,000 must be on the Indiana Department of Administration Indiana Public Works Certification Board pre-qualified list, as noted in Information for Bidders Part 1.12.C.
