Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Glendale, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 134,014-square-foot, four-story above grade, 507-room multi-residential development.
ACC ASU West is a new 4 story residential student housing building located at ASU West campus located on the ASU West campus (13445 N. 49th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85306). We will be selecting subcontractors off of proposals received this round. The anticipated construction start date is March 16, 2023, refer to the included TAKT schedule. Instructions to bidders will follow mid next week. Please include all scopes listed for your trade based on those instructions. We are looking for you to review the drawings and submit all of your RFI questions to Randy Allen by 01.20.23.
