Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elkland Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the following Contract: Rock Embankment Contract: Furnish and place approximately 534 Ton R-8 Rock; 264 SY Geotextile; 60 Ton 2A Subbase; 23 CY Flowable Fill Class C; 1 LS Clearing and Grubbing; 1 LS E&S Control/Stream Diversion; and 60 CY Class 1A Excavation. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/2/2023 4:00 PM
