Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dillon, Saskatchewan. Working plans call for the construction of a 10,322-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of new modular detachment and storage garage in Dillon, Saskatchewan for the RCMP. The anticipated size of the facility is approximately 899m2 plus a detached storage garage building of approximately 60m2. There is also a requirement for the provision of new sewage lift station. The secured site has been stripped of topsoil and rough graded to provide for positive drainage throughout the property. Two (2) gravel entrances to the site have been established including appropriate culverts as required. The site has been serviced with a 150mm HDPE water main that connects to the municipal system for the community of Dillon. A 50mm HDPE sanitary force main has been brought to the site that connects to an existing gravity system. The detachment site will require a pumped sanitary disposal system that will connect to the existing 50mm force main located on site. Storm water management for the site will be provided via surface drainage. TIMELINE: Plans complete. Tender from general contractors may be issued by late spring/mid-2026, pending owner's final plans.
