This assessment is to include fully automated data collection using the Laser Crack Measurement Systems (LCMS) as well as the International Roughness Index (IRI) as per the specification in ASTM E1926. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal or the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
