The City's arterial and collector roads including intersection assets are to be assessed following the industry standards outlined in the BCMoTI Pavement Surface Condition Rating Manual, Sixth Edition, March 2020. This assessment is to include fully automated data collection using the Laser Crack Measurement Systems (LCMS) as well as the International Roughness Index (IRI) as per the specification in ASTM E1926. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal or the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
