Tenders prepared on the tender forms must be submitted to the following address: Mr. Jasmin Gibeau, General Manager, Town of Thurso, 161 rue Galipeau, Thurso (Quebec) J0X 3B0 This is a one (1) year term contract with option to renew for two (2) additional years. These tenders must respect all the required conditions. Only contractors who are duly authorized to do business in Quebec, who are members of a parity committee and who have at least three (3) years experience in the maintenance of public, commercial or institutional buildings are eligible to bid. . The City of Thurso does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will be presented and incurs no liability towards the tenderer(s).
