BCES Warehouse Bid for Replacement of Commercial Heat Pump for 975 Hwy 70E, Camden, TN Scope: o Dispose of Old Unit, Install, Mount, and Configure New Heat Pump o Current 12.5 TON Package Heat Pump o 24 KW Strip Heat o Horizontal Rear Discharge o Voltage: 460v 3phase o Minimum 11 SEER Rating, please list cost options for higher SEER o Please list all included warranty details o Thermostat: Nest Smart Wi-Fi Connected Thermostat or Comparable with 7-day Scheduling Capabilities o Remove UV light system from old unit. Reinstall on new HVAC Unit o Include Equipment and Install ETA All bidders will be notified the next business day.
