As of March 16, 023, the project has been awarded. All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the Procurement Manager, Lucy Gonzalez via email at: lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov. This contract shall be effective from March 15, 2023 will expire in 150 days, on August 13, 2023. A bid bond made payable to the City of Huntsville, Texas in an amount of 10% of the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract and execute such bonds as required within ten (10) days of award of contract of City Council.Based on receiving notification of City Council approval, the Contractor shall submit a payment bond for the full amount of award from a certified State of Texas surety company. Should the payment bond not be provided within ten calendar days the City of Huntsville reserves the right to award to next responsible, responsive firm. Original payment bond to be submitted to the Procurement Manager, 448 SH 75N Huntsville, TX 77320. If the awarded respondent is unable to meet the requirements of the City, services/products may be purchased from the next best available respondent and continue until a responder is found that can complete the requirements of the City of Huntsville. The City reserves the right to reject any bids that do not meet specifications stated herein or reject all bids should this project not be approved for any reason

All questions or request for interpretation must be received by February 1, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M
