The City of Boulder is requesting proposals from qualified Consultant firms to provide Construction Management & Grant Administration Services, to be performed in conjunction with the implementation of the CDBG Section 108 Loan in compliance with all applicable federal requirements. The consultant will perform all construction management and grant administrative functions through project close-out. The City will provide administrative oversight and review of all work performed by the consultant, and final approval of all expenditures related to the project and Section 108 Loan. You must save your submission to the site before the deadline, or you will be locked out and your submission will not be accepted. Proposals shall be prepared at the proposers expense and becomes a city record and therefore a public record, excluding any confidential information submitted. The services upon which proposals are submitted shall equal or exceed the specifications outlined in the RFP. Preference is hereby given to labor, materials, supplies, or provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Colorado, quality and price being equal to articles or services offered by competitors outside the State of Colorado. The lowest responsible and best proposal shall be accepted; provided, however, that the city, acting through its duly authorized representatives, shall have the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality or irregularity contained in said proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
