Renovation of a municipal facility in Quincy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Plumas County Department of Public Works is currently soliciting formal bids for contractors to provide a solar array installation on the south facing composition shingle roof at 1834 E Main St in Quincy, CA. The contractor will have to secure all required permits and coordinate with PGE to tie the solar array into the existing panel/meter. The work will consist of installing 30 solar panels over an existing composition shingle roof. The panel size may vary but each panel has been planned at a size of roughly 41 inches wide by 75 inches tall. The panels shall be 400wp REC Alpha Pure Black Series or approved equal. If submitting bid on for any panel other than the 400wp Alpha Pure Black Series, please provide specification sheets with your bid.
