Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Waste Transfer Station Repairs This project is to make repair to the existing structure as outlined in the plans and specifications attached. This work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. The removal and replacement of the entrance slab in front of all bays. This would require the replacement of the 20' x 116' x 1' slab on a 12" thick compacted DGA base. 2. Floor repair. Remove exposed & loose rebar & scarify surface. Coat surface with epoxy bonding agent. Install 7,000 PSI (High early strength) concrete w/70 pounds/cyd steel fibers w/Hard-Cem integral hardening admixture. Average depth of overlay is 4.5" plus 1/4 " of scarifying existing slab surface. 3. Wall repair. Remove exposed & loose rebar & scarify surface. Coat surface with epoxy bonding agent. Provide reinforcing as indicated & Install 7,000 PSI (High early strength) concrete w/70 pounds/cyd steel fibers w/Hard-Cem integral hardening admixture. Depth of additional reinforced concrete walls is 6" plus 1/4 " of scarifying existing slab surface.
