Food Service - Multi-Campus Kitchen Equipment Renovation PROJECT SCOPE : The base bid scope for this project will include all work associated with the renovation of the kitchen, coolers/freezers, and serving areas at multiple LISD campuses and as defined in the contract documents (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life safety and Food service). General Contractor will be responsible for all associated permits and inspections fees. A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract, will be required. The awarded vendor shall have its insurance companies list LISD as an additional insured on the policies. A certificate of insurance for each of the above policies shall be delivered to the Leander ISD Purchasing Department, 204 W. South St, Leander, TX 78641 or emailed to purchasing@leanderisd.org. Change or renewal certificates during the term of this contract shall be forwarded to the LISD Purchasing Department. Est. Construction Start Date : May 27, 2024. Est. Completion Date : August 1, 2024. The total estimated construction budget is $1,178,293.00. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any proposal (except time of filing), to request clarification or additional information from any firm and to select one or more firms, as the District may determine to be in best interest of the District.
