The work includes the replacement of the aqueduct and the sanitary sewer as well as the road network as defined in the tender documents, the details of which you will find in the attached pages. This work is the subject of financial assistance under Part 2 of the PRIMEAU program of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. The tenderer is solely responsible for ensuring that the tender documents received are complete. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
