Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Rehabilitate approximately 11,000 feet of HMA along the segment of Brewster Road between Walton Boulevard and Dutton Road. The existing road is variable width ranging from 27 foot wide from edge of pavement to edge of pavement with curb and gutter. The proposed pavement strategy is a 3.5 inch HMA mill and overlay (final determination upon geotechnical testing and recommendation) with selective base repairs as deemed necessary. Construction is proposed to begin in 2025. This project is in included in the City of Rochester Hills FY 2023 - 2028 CIP. As of January 13, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
