**As of April 5, 2023, project was awarded to East West Construction Inc., awarded amount is $696,421.40.** Question Submission Deadline:January 26, 2023, 1:00pm The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to provide construction services for the Aerial Sewer Crossing and Pile Bent Replacement Project. The City wants replacement pipe support structures constructed using structural steel H-piles. In addition to pile bent support replacements, Cured-in-place-pipe rehabilitation and manhole rehabilitation are included at Site #1 - Operations Drive. Additionally, installation of new force main piping and manhole rehabilitation are included at Site #2 - 72nd Street. The two project sites are as follows: (1) Site #1 - Operations Drive: located at the rip-rap reinforced swale along Operations Drive near its intersection with Jefferson Avenue. and (2) Site #2 - 72nd Street: located at the drainage creek between the property addresses of 1212 72nd Street and 7285 Abraham Court, within an existing city drainage easement.
