For McKinney Avenue and Main Street Flood Stations Switchgear Replacements The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete Design-Build services for the McKinney Avenue and Main Street Pump Stations Metal Enclosed Switchgear Replacements as described in the Request for Proposals. The Work is located in Dayton, Kentucky, at the McKinney Avenue Flood Station which is north of the intersection of McKinney Avenue and 2nd Avenue, and the Main Street Flood Station which is north of the intersection of Main Street and 2 nd Avenue, within the Owner's service area in Campbell County, Kentucky. Plan Holders will receive addenda and other proposal document updates at no additional charge For this solicitation, proposals will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service. The Sanitation District No. 1's specific expectations, procedures, and requirements for this project will be discussed All proposers will meet the project manager and other SD1 staff as needed, at the sites. This includes all proposers who join the meeting virtually. Design-Builder and all Subcontractors will be required to conform to the labor standards set forth in the Request for Proposals. Proposers shall provide consent of surety in amount of $1,000,000 and proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described. Proposers must comply with all statutory requirements. The Successful Proposer shall furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a Surety company with Best A++ rating and satisfactory to the OWNER. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities.
