**As of March 30, 2023, project was awarded, start date has not yet been set** The Town of Garysburg. NC (Northampton County) will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed Contractors for the abatement and demolition of Building "B" at the former Garysburg Elementary School 504 NC 46 Highway Garysburg, NC. Successful bidder will receive Notice to Proceed and then be expected to issue contract to Town of Garysburg. Contract shall include all Scope of Work Requirements identified in Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Garysburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive bid discrepancies pursuant to law. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after receipt of bids.
