Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Consultant Engineering Design Services with Ancillary Architectural Design Services This is a procurement for engineering firms to provide engineering design services and related architectural design services, including services during construction, with regard to projects undertaken by DCAS in public and private buildings, courts, structures, and exterior spaces including, without limitation, parking lots and access-ways. The professional engineering and architectural design services provided will require expertise in building forensic survey, consulting and design. The projects assigned will include, without limitation, building system modernization, construction feasibility studies, project related build-outs, maintenance, and repairs at various DCAS and City owned, managed and leased facilities throughout the City of New York. There will be two service options, with one contract awarded for each. Service Option 1 will be Manhattan and Bronx for $6M. Service Option 2 will be Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island for $6M. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
