The City of Carlsbad is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials to install ADA-compliant parking stalls, curb ramps, accessible pathways and signage.Liquidated Damages $1,250 per day Response Format Electronic Project Type Bid Response Types Line Items Subcontractor Bid Bond Bidders Statement of Technical Ability and Experience (required) Bidders Certificate of Insurance (required) Bidders Statement Re Debarment (required) Bidders Disclosure of Discipline Record (required) Noncollusion Declaration (required) Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements A Question Deadline 01/24/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Questions on the bid documents during the bid period shall be submitted in writing, via email, solely to: Graham Jordan, Contract Administrator graham.jordan@carlsbadca.gov All bids will be compared based on the Engineer's Estimate. The estimated quantities are approximate and serve solely as a basis for the comparison of bids. The Engineer's Estimate is $964,000. The Contractor shall complete each portion of the Work within such time as set forth in the Contract for such portion. The time of completion of the Contract shall be expressed in (working days). The Contractor shall diligently prosecute the work to completion within 90 working days after the starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
