The Milpitas Unified School District ("District") is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations ("Firm(s)") to perform construction management services ("SOQ(s)") for projects which would be covered under an existing District local bond measure which has been voter approved November of 2018. This request is not a formal request for bids or an offer by the District to contract with any firm responding to this Request for Statement of Qualifications and Proposals ("RFQ/P"). The District expects to select 2 to 4 firms, subject to the District's Board's approval. There will not be a pre-proposal meeting. Firms currently listed in the Consultant/CM pool must resubmit with updated information to be considered for future Construction Management Services as outlined in this advertisement.
