Site work for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this solicitation for SOCC Annex Foundation Build FY23 is to furnish material, labor, equipment and supervision to install three (3) 120" O x 77'-0" deep drilled concrete foundation (shaft) as designed by Sabre Towers and Poles (reference the "Structural Design Report from Sabre dated August 9, 2022 Rev. A). Capitalized terms used in this Solicitation without definition shall have the definitions given to them in Section 2 of this Solicitation.
