In the event a bidder fails to preform, RCBOE reserves the right to begin negotiations with the "next best bidder". Performance Bonds will be required for any work over $100,000.00 in the amount of 100% for the bond. Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid with the bid packet if the bid amount is over $25,000.00.
