This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Security System Upgrade, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). Due to an outdated CCTV system, Shared Health requires a security system upgrade at Deer Lodge Centre as the existing system no longer provides effective monitoring of all buildings and parking lots. This upgrade includes security cameras and a server. While the camera system at Concordia Hospital is capable of meeting modern standards, a server upgrade is required to handle the needs of the existing 128 cameras.
