This Request for Proposals ("the RFP") issued by the BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Repair and Maintenance services for, and the supply, delivery and installation of, digital access control systems, as further described in Appendix F - Scope of Work, at various locations in the Province of BC. Ideally BC Housing will enter into an Agreement with one Proponent who has a Provincial presence and is able to meet all of the requirements of the RFP, however Proponents are asked to identify which Region(s) they are willing and able to perform work in by submitting Appendix M - Region Selection Form with their proposal. Proponents can submit for any or all Regions and must be able to service all buildings and communities within the Region(s) they are submitting for, must be available 24/7/365, and be able to meet the expected response times for Regular Response and Urgent Response. Proponents may utilize experienced, qualified sub-contractors. Please see additional information and requirements in the RFP documents. Deadline for Questions January 20, 2023
