Notice is hereby given that the Cranston Housing Authority, Cranston, RI will receive bids for Pavement Improvements at Budlong, Knightsville, Arlington and Jennings Manors. The project consists of the replacement of existing asphalt paving and concrete walkways. Bidders are invited to submit bids to the Owner per the Instructions to Bidders and the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Proposals received after the above time will not be accepted. Prospective bidders who have provided the required contact information will receive a return email with a link to download PDF files of the bid documents. All questions during the bidding process must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the office of the Architect to the attention of Vic LaPerche at vic@sa-architects.com. The deadline for submission of questions is 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 24, 2023. All responses to questions will be issued by Addendum that will be emailed directly to listed plan holders. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Cranston Housing Authority at 401-944-7210 seventy-two hours prior to the bid opening.
