Site work for a civil project in Courtice, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Baseline Road Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station (SSPS) and forcemain. Alignment for the large sanitary sewer Trunk sewer extended from the Courtice WPCP to the intersection of Harmony and Conlin roads in Oshawa. In the future this trunk sewer will convey flows from Brooklin and North Oshawa to the Courtice WPCP for treatment. The preferred location of the New SPSS was selected on a property fronting Baseline road immediately West of Robinson Creek. TIMELINE: A prequalification for general contractors has been issued under a separate report. Only contractors prequalified under RFPQ-1068-2026 will be invited to bid on the future tender. Tender expected to be released in 2026.
