The Project is needed to optimize the Districts fiscal spending between the following three interlinked projects: 1) East Basin (small diameter) Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) Abatement; 2) Fanno Interceptor Dual Use Wet Weather Relief and Reuse Pump Station; and 3) Fanno Creek Interceptor (Large Diameter) Rehabilitation. Additional detail is provided in the Project Description and Scope of Work sections of the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email address will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Consultants are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from Districts Website. You may also subscribe to Districts Open Solicitations RSS feed at the same Website address and you will be notified when an Addendum to or clarifications of the RFP documents have been posted. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
