Reference number : 1679726 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines is requesting tenders for the execution, for the years 2023 to 2028, of the supply of the maintenance service for electromechanical equipment located in its municipal buildings. All the conditions are contained in the specifications which form an integral part of this call for tenders. Tenders must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days and be accompanied by a certified check or a tender guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount at least equal to ten one hundred (10%) of the total amount tendered for the five years provided for in the specifications (including taxes), as well as a letter of intent to issue a contract performance bond for the value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount tendered (including taxes) and which will be valid for the entire duration of the contract, from April 1 , 2023 until March 31, 2028 inclusively. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec will be accepted under the terms of the tender documents. Only businesses and/or persons, companies, companies and corporations having a place of business in Quebec or in a province that has concluded an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of public procurement applicable to the City, who hold recognized qualifications, are eligible to bid. .
