The Bidding Documents will be on file on and after January 12, 2023. The documents may be downloaded from the USAC-ERATE site via Form 470 for this project. Bidders are responsible to check the website from time to time to verify they have all addenda, requests for information and other documents related to the Bid. The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. The Bid must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the bidder is not an Iran Linked Business and a sworn and notarized Criminal Background-Sex Offender Affidavit. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to Romeo Community Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a proposal guarantee. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michig
