The project includes restoration of the plaster ceiling, column capitals, restore radiator grilles, replacement of doors and wood casings, refinishing of select wood benches, provide new wood tables, provide new window shades, and painting. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and a Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price, indemnifying Owner from any and all proceedings, suits or actions of any kind, name or description and conditional for faithful performance of work; and Payment of all persons and entities performing labor and/or furnishing materials in connection with the contract. The City of New Brunswick shall accept questions, requests for clarifications, and inquiries from all potential bidders.
