Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/02/02 05:00:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online As part of Ottawa Community Housing Corporation's ("OCH") 10-year housing development framework, plans include the design and construction of 3,000 to 5,000 residential units plus other capital improvement work with an estimated construction budget of up to $1.5 billion. To support delivery of this framework, OCH requires the services of qualified Construction Managers/General Contractors ("the Constructor") for multiple projects for each of the following project streams: Stream 1: Over $50 million Construction Budget (up to seven Prequalified Respondents - two open prequalification's available*) Stream 2: Under $50 million Construction Budget (up to ten Prequalified Respondents - four open prequalification's available*) * Note: In 2021, OCH identified Prequalified Respondents pursuant to OCHRFQ21-002. Previously Prequalified Respondents do not need to respond to this RFQ unless they wish to be considered in a Stream for which they have not been Prequalified. Respondents may provide a Submission for consideration to one or both streams. The objective of this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") is to identify and Prequalify Respondents for each stream who may be eligible to respond to subsequent directed procurements on an as-and-when required basis. The resulting prequalification's will remain in effect for an initial two-year term after which it will renew automatically and indefinitely for subsequent 12-month terms.
