Renovation of an educational facility in Holladay, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) to perform repairs to the Boys Locker Room shower tile in the Natatorium at Olympus High School, 4055 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to Remove wall tile and backer materials to extent indicated. Remove portions of corroded/rusted metal studs and track. Install, and sister to existing, new galvanized steel studs and track. Install new backer board and tile.The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond with the bid. Refer to instructions contained in the solicitation documents on the Utah Public Procurement Place. Failure to submit a Bid Bond will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive Questions Due Date. Questions must be submitted by Monday, January 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
