The City of Dublin ("City") is accepting proposals for professional business consulting services to serve the Small Business Navigator Program ("Program"). This Program is intended to provide small businesses in Dublin with access to timely technical support in key functional areas via qualified service providers. Through the Program, the City will match qualified consultants to local business owners to address an identified business need. Consultants will provide businesses with technical support in the following areas on an on-call basis: Business Planning & Development Marketing & Advertising Architecture & Space Design Technology Consulting Broker Services Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Disaster Preparedness & Resiliency Planning Graphic Design Legal Services Human Resources & Management Financial Guidance Consultants will specify which area(s) they are qualified to provide services in through this RFP process and do not need to provide services in all areas listed above in order to be considered. The City intends to select multiple specialists to provide consulting services through this program and will award one-year agreements with a one-year renewal option.
