The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is issuing a public Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified firm(s) to provide construction management services. The initial scope of work will include the review, inspection and reporting on the construction of approximately 40 single-family for-sale homes (both new construction and rehabilitation) by two not for profit organizations. It is anticipated the contract with the successful respondent for the initial scope of work will be for approximately 18 months, the mandated construction period allowed. SLDC may select more than one Consultant to carry out the initial scope of work and may request from respondents additional responses for future projects, including large scale residential rental projects and commercial developments. The successful Consultant(s) will have sufficient experience and comprehensive knowledge of all subject matter related to residential and commercial construction projects.
