Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
To replace and upgrade the restrooms located at Bloomer Park Pinegrove Shelter and Yates Park. They are over 30 years old and parks needs a new restroom building at these locations. Yates would be replacing the vault toilet with a complete restroom with plumbing and a pavilion. The current intention is to use the designs and specs from the Bloomer Park Hilltop and Brick House Restrooms. This will keep costs down by eliminating a large portion of the costs for design and engineering. Construction is estimated to begin in 2025. This project is in included in the City of Rochester Hills FY 2023 - 2028 CIP. As of January 13, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
