Term Contract for Electrical Services The deadline for submitting questions is January 24, 2023 at 12 p.m. Any questions submitted via email or phone will not be answered. This bid is exempt from any transaction fee. This is an evaluated bid, please review the criteria closely and respond as required. An incomplete bid may be deemed unresponsive. Upon notice of award, successful bidder shall submit a Payment Bond in the amount of $50,000.00 and a Performance Bond in the amount of $100,000.00 to establish their financial responsibility, experience and possession of such equipment that may be needed to perform all work in an expeditious, safe and satisfactory manner The contract will be awarded in the amount of $750,000. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond with your bid response. The Bid Bond minimum limit is five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and would typically apply to Contracts in excess of $100,000. It is the City's option whether or not to require bidders to provide the City with a Bid Bond for Contracts less than $100,000. The initial contract will have four (4) optional renewals for a total of five years if agreed on by both parties.
