The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County ("Authority") is requesting formal written Proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, corporations, partnerships and other legal entities (PROPOSER) to provide Water Well Services to Landfill, Transfer Stations, Waste-to-Energy and other solid waste management facilities for the Authority. The Scope of Work includes: 1) Scope A - Surficial Well Rehabilitative Services; and 2) Surficial Aquifer Monitoring and Test Well Services. It is the Authority's intention to contract with the best two (2) firms as primary and secondary in each of the two (2) Scope Categories further outlined in the RFP. The resultant contract shall be an Initial Term of three (3) years with the option of an additional three (3) year renewal upon review and approval at the sole discretion of the Solid Waste Authority Governing Board. Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) Participation: The Authority has applied a SBE Evaluation Preference for Prime Bidders (PROPOSERS) Affirmative Procurement Initiative (API) Preference for Commodities, Other Services and Trade Services Category.
