Medford School District 549C (District) is requesting written quotes to place business or product advertisements on athletic scoreboards at two secondary education facilities. Advertisement space is available at the following locations:
1. Spiegelberg Stadium Scoreboard
2. Oakdale Middle School Scoreboards The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive and informality and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest. The appointment will commence when sign is mounted on scoreboard. Length of appointment will be until December 31, 2028 with the option of a five year extension. Advertisement space will be assigned based on submitted amounts. The largest site proposal will have first right to select advertisement space. Each remaining spaces will be granted in the order of the proposed amount from highest proposal to lowest until all the spaces are taken.
