The Village of Olmsted is currently seeking bids for the provision of comprehensive, high-quality solid waste and recycling collection services and options with contractor provided containers. The Village intends to enter into a contract with a irm for such services, and accordingly, is furnishing herein a set of speciications by which such proposals shall be judge. Any Contractor desiring to furnish a proposal for such services Main Contract Specifications: o Provide WEEKLY curbside pick-up for approximately 175 residential homes within City Limits of Village for the duration of 5 years, starting March 1, 2023- February 29, 2028. o Provide one (1), 4-yard dumpster behind City Hall for Village usage. o Provide Village with roll off dumpster, 2 times per year, during city wide clean-up weeks, scheduled in Spring and Fall for City Limit residents. o Contractor will provide Village with 24 hours' notice with any changes or delays in service pick-up. This will ensure customers are notiied of any changes. Any questions, contact City Hall during regular business hours @ (618) 742-6487. Award of contract will be awarded on February 13, 2023, at regular scheduled Board of Trustees meeting. *Award granted contingent on inal contract signed and agreed upon by Village and awarding contractor.
