Artesia Extension Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 5,798 feet of existing 10- to 21-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP), 27- and 39-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), and 33-inch diameter clay tile lined reinforced concrete pipe (RCP-CTL) with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner. This project will also rehabilitate approximately forty-four (44) manholes/structures and abandon one (1) manhole and all appurtenant work. Work must be completed within 200 WORKING DAYS The district encourages participation in its construction contracting by all members of the community including Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). The district has established an aspirational goal of 20% overall participation by such firms.
