The scope of work is for a three (3) year term to provide primarily quality control testing and survey services. Scope of work may also include Pavement Design, Obtaining Crossing Agreements and Engineering recommendations. In the previous 3 years of the Local Road Rehabilitation Program, the City has addressed an annual average of: 50,000m2 of collector/arterial mill & overlay, 25,000m2 of highway mill & overlay, curb & gutters and line painting. In addition, the City has also completed Full Depth Restoration (FDR) using Foam Asphalt and fully reconstructed roadways while adjusting/adding catch-basins. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
