Renovation of a medical facility in Quinte West, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre (BQWCHC) has been approved through the Ministry of Health to develop the lower level of the existing community health centre in Quinte West. The lower level is approximately 700 square meters and will accommodate a range of services by partner organizations to create a community health hub. BQWCHC is issuing this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) to prequalify general contractors to bid on the construction of the project. Construction Start November 2025 Substantial Performance May 2026 Ready for Takeover June 2026 The performance of the contract (a performance bond, other performance security), in the Tmount of 100% of the total contract price, including HST; shall be provided by the successful bidder at its cost and in a form acceptable to BQWCHC The payment of all necessary services and materials required to complete the Contract in a Tatisfactory manner (a labour and material payment bond), in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, including HST.)
