Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Central Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Slingbag revetment, understructure grouted riprap, sidewalk, curb and gutter, deck joints, deck waterproofing and HMA paving. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Central Lake Governmental Center P O Box 368 1622 N M-88 Central Lake, Michigan 49622 For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, refer to Bidding Documents. Questions will be accepted until February 2, 2023, addenda may or may not be issued as determined by the Engineer.
