For the construction of the Marilyn Acres Phase 6 project The Marilyn Acres Phase 6 project consists of: Installation of approximately 1,684 LF of culinary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 2,825 LF of secondary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 1,524 LF of sewer main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 1,766 LF of storm drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk Installation of approximately 95,283 SF of asphalt An electronic set of the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents will be emailed to interested Contractors by contacting the Syracuse City public Works Department at 801-825-7235 for no charge. No paper copies will be available for purchase. The Contractor is responsible for temporary access to the site and site security until construction is complete and the Contractor has moved off-site. B. The Contractor is responsible for restoring all property affected by the Work to its original condition. . The work on 1290 South Street and 1100 West Street may not begin until May 27, 2023. Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid.
