Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/16/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the Phase 2 Environmental Study at Commercial Circle. The report must include the following addresses: 104 N. Davis Dr., 106 N. Davis Dr., 162 N. Davis Dr., 401 N. Commercial Circle, and 1010 Watson Blvd. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker's Compensation & Builders Risk 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Monday, January 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time. All questions will be answered through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. local time. Your response should clearly demonstrate your: Understanding of Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments Qualifications in performing environmental reviews of property Experience of Firm and assigned personnel within Georgia Capability to provide required services within 60 days of award Familiarity (involvement with similar projects) All work must be completed by March 10, 2023 The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
