Bids will be received for Bid Package #02 for the City of Pauls Valley - BOSA Facility Renovation Work packages include: Demolition, Joint Sealants, Overhead Doors, Aluminum & Glazing, Specialties, Scaffolding, and Electrical & Low Voltage. All sealed bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. No bids may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time of the opening of the bids. Pursuant to Title 61 Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act CADE Construction & the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which are in the best interest of the Owner. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the following requirements: Complete, sign and include Attachments A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H found at the end of this bid package document along with your bid form in your sealed bid envelope. Also, include in your sealed bid envelope a cashiers check, certified check or surety bid bond for 05% of base bid for all bids exceeding $50,000. A performance and payment bond will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid exceeding $50,000. Include these bond costs in your base bid amount.
